Question:

Safely Cutting Weight (Wrestling)?

Last season was my first, I was a sophomore wrestling 160's and after that I continued on to compete in free style, got in the gym, got some good growing protein, bulked up to 170, gained some mass, but I have been thinking about cutting back to 160's. I've considered all the cons about putting the new mass, strength and speed into a lighter frame, seems like a good combination.

Can anyone recommend a resourceful cutting program? Im into fighting and mma so I know all the sauna, layers, plastic suit stuff. I want to cut as much off as i can permanently so I don't have to tire my self out with those methods.

Thank You
