  1. Raw milk is illegal to buy in the USA.

Are there ways around it? Yes.

If you own a dairy, you are permitted to drink raw milk ( your animals, your property etc etc).

Being that Raw milk is desirable, some dairies will now sell you a stock share in there company ( this makes you a part owner)

You own part of ther dairy means you can drink the milk from your property and animals.

The share is cheap( maybe $20 to $30 bucks for life or until they go bust).

    Another way.

A few dairies are allowed ( in some states) to sell raw milk, if marked "for animal consumption only").

    Florida being one of them.

    I forgot the safety,

It is not recommended for pregnant women or people/ children with low immune systems.

Raw milk cheeses aged less the 60 days are also illegal to sell in the USA.

  2. Right now in MO the legislature is debating whether or not to allow dairies to sell raw milk.  I did not know that this was such a heated debate.
