Safety- Paris to SNCF?

On the 6th september Ill fly from belfast to paris, and then get the SNCF to nantes. Im staying for a year so I will have a lot os stuff with me.. laptop.. ipod, all the usual gadgets. How safe will in be getting from the airport to the nearest station with all my stuff?? I would take out travel insurance.. but I really really am struggling with the little money that i have.

Can anyone help?

  1. There are trains from Charles DeGaulle Airport to Nantes at the SCNF station in Terminal 2 of the airport, but are somewhat limited. Otherwise, you'll have to take transportation into Paris to the Montparnasse Train Station for more frequent trains to Nantes. Paris and traveling through France is generally very for safe for travelers, just use common sense and protect your valuables well. Good luck.
