Safety1st Powerwheels Firetruck.. please help...?

Question

I just went to toyrus and purchased their last powerwheels battery operated firetruck. Problem is they did not have a manual for it so I cant figure out where the safety switch is to increase the speed from 2mile to 5 miles, and how to put the water in the tankk so the hose will work. please help if anyone knows. I did check safety1st webpage and found no information.
