Sage LIne50 2008 and Vista

Question

We have installed Sage Line50 2008 on a laptop running Vista and every time we change e.g. from teh banking tab to the report tab, a 'scanning' or 'processing' box pops up, and doesn't do anything. If you press esc it disappears and doesn't affect the programme but it's annoying. Sage say it's a Vista issue, but we don't know how to get it to stop!
