Sago palm pruning I just got a Sago plant and need some help with how to prune it?

Hello i was also wondering about my Sago palm i just got from a friend its med size and it just started to grow yellow on some of the middle leaves i dont know if i leave them or cut them, on the bottom there are ones that seem to been cut half way do i cut them all the way or leave them and is it good in lots of sun? Thanks

  1. You would usually trim them from the outer lower portion of the plant and work your way in to the center. cut them right at the base of the stem.  it makes a neater looking plant.  The ones that just turned yellow are probably from the shock of moving/ changing locations.  You can either cut them or leave them.
