Sailing in Greece?

My wife and I are looking to do sailing trip in the Greek Islands. We do not want to sail the boat ourselves, but would like to be on a mid-size ship/sailing yacht to see a few islands. Any suggestions?

Windstar Cruises, without a doubt. You will feel like Royalty and be called by your first name as only about 100 people on the ship and they remember you. They take you to shore and back whenever you want to come and go and the dining is 5 Star. Captain chats with you in the evening and the chef visits the tables at dinner.
