Saint johns wart powder question?

I bought a bag of Saint johns wart powder and it arrived today. It says to take 1tsp two to three times a day, and nothing else.

So how do I take it? Do I make it into a tea, or mix it into a drink or what? ( ._.)>

Mix with warm/lupe warm water, or add to a Herbal tea, like Green tea to get the added benefits of antioxidants.

Alternatively, add to a smoothy of Kefir/Yoghurt and Fruit, you won't even taste it.
