im a neworleans native and a huge saints fan. their offense is perhaps the best in the NFC and they made alot of good defensive roster moves. they picked up several former pro bowlers. Robert meachem looks like he will be a very good reciever. their only problem right now is injuries to colston, mckenzie, shockey, and vilma. if they can stay healthy, can they get to their fist super bowl?

  1. nope, they'll make the playoffs but they wont get to the superbowl

  2. the saints going to the superbowl is something new orleans natives have hopes and prayed for since they were born. i don't even think they expect them to go and win, to go alone would be the greatest achievement. i think its always been a possibility for the saints they just need to get their heads on straight and concentrate on the game they love. i certainly believe in them, everyone can doubt us all they want.

  3. Didn't we go through this last year too?

I can see them going 10-6 or maybe even 11-5, but there's no way they'll get past the Cowboys or the Giants.

  4. They have made some good defensive moves, but not enough, no, I don't think so.

  5. I dont think so

  6. possibly because the saints r a whole new team and if they keep up the good game they could have a chance

  7. i would say no, but they should be in the playoffs. the saints offense is good but not as good as the cowboys' offense. and their defense is still in question. i dont think their secondary is very good at all and vilma always gets hurt. as for meachem, he didnt get any playing time last year so it is almost as if he is a rookie all over again. no matter how much film you watch or how much studying you do, you can never simulate actually playing on the field against opponents.

  8. mckenzie i do like him but FARVE SUPER BOWL lol hhaha

  9. i believe so!!!! GO SAINTS!!!!

  10. Sorry! Not this year.

  11. I like the Saints.  And this is coming from a Buccaneer fan.

I don't think the Saints are even going to win the NFC South let alone represent in the Super Bowl.

They may have a good shot at the wild card though.

Two years ago, they looked really good and then ran into a few walls last year.  They would obviously have to return to form in order to compete.

The good news is the NFC is a wide open race.

I see the Cowboys, Buccaneers, Vikings and Seahawks winning the divisions and the wild card teams going to the Giants and Saints.

    Good luck, Saints fan!

  12. the answers is..........no

  13. While they are a strong team, the NFC looks much stronger this year than it has in the recent past.  I would say "no."  Everybody loves to pick the Cowboys, but they get overrated every year.  While the NFC is wide open, I am not sure the Saints are in the same class as the Giants, Vikings, Seahawks, and yes, even the Packers, sans Favre.

  14. possibly if they can beat the Cowboys, Vikings, Giants, and other threats in the NFC!

  15. sorry to say but no. they still have no defense and the offense while having good players does not mean that they will play well together. bush cant run between tackles and needs real rb to help him, the recievers are talented but nothing elite. and shockey is still a coin flip on what players going to show up on game day. the only constant is brees. if he goes down for  any time period, you can kiss the season goodbye.
