Saints row where is the bag boy vehicle?

where can i find a bag boy? know of any parked? the bagboy is the vehicel that pulls luggage at airports if u didnt know

if its the big yellow one for the chinatown chop shop its only ever found behind a corner at the airport runway (you see it when doing the last los carnales mission - you drive rite past it and it always spawns on that occaision) anyways it will be at the same place but its pretty random whether it spawns or not.

p.s. if u have xbl add me its just scozze i have all story achievements.
