Sakar or iConcepts mp3 not working????

I just purchased a Sakar/iConcepts mp3 player, model 48379. I cannot get the iconcepts "music Express" music manager software to download/run on my laptop. I did download songs from Walmart.com directly to the mp3 player, however the player only plays one song; the rest show us as "No Authority".HELP!!!!!
