Sakura Con ??

OKay i've been searchin through the web about the Sakura Con at seattle , and im getting confused about the year,

does that mean they are not gonna have one this year??? : \

it may be a large event that it is only hosted every 2 years or every other year so to speak many events like that aren't hosted annually.
