The Ummah is the muslim community, and one ummah basically means one islamic community. To join all muslims as one.

Actually, the word "Ummah" does not translate to community. One Ummah means One Nation. In Arabic, the word Ummah means Nation, and when we write "One Ummah", we mean one Muslim Ummah. Unity amongst Muslims.
