Salaried employees?

in indiana, is there a law pertaining to maximum hours a salaried person can work? overtime isn't an option....

i just started researching this, and was hoping to get some help

    http://www.in.gov/dwd/ Read this article carefully- towrds the bottom of the article they reference  employee hours, shifts etc . This article spans   the 70's through the late 90's

    Employment rules and regulations are governed  by the federal government.

    80 hrs a week ,

    no more then 13 straight days  -  13 on 1 off and you can repeat the the cycle


  2. It is generally a Federal law.  There are two types of employees, exempt and nonexempt.  If you are salaried generally there is not limit to the amount of hours
