How much do I make per hour if I work 48 and or 60 hours per week, at 12 hours per day? What's the net pay?

In order to find your hourly gross pay you need two bits of information - first how many hours did you work and second, how much did you make for the week,  You provided the first but not the second.  Since you worked more than 40 hours, you would also have to provide information on how much was considered overtime, since overtime work pays 1 1/2 times.

It's a little harder for net pay, since that can fluctuate based on how much you made during the week, but basically it is the same calculation using total net pay.

if you work 48 hours a week

40 * (rate of pay)

plus

8 * (rate of overtime pay - usually time and a half)

if you work 60 hours a week

40 * (rate of pay)

plus

20 * (rate of overtime pay)

then you will have to add up the different weeks depending on the schedule you worked.

so, if in a month you worked 3 48 hour weeks, and 1 60 hour week, you would do

(3 * (pay for 48 hour week)) + ( pay for 60 hour week )

etc etc
