Does anybody know the pay per hour for a Band 2 worker under the Agenda for Change?

  1. not very much its next to the lowest band about a pound or so more than minimum wage i would guess

    it stinks the lowest paid work the hardest  


  2. take whatever point amount on band 2 you are going to be paid annually...divide your annual amount by your weekly contracted hours (for example 37.5) and then divide that by 52.12...the total shown is your HOURLY rate

  3. Depends on what job you are doing.

    Band 2 pay scales depend on your points, as follows. However it's annual salary, not per hour.

    Point 4      Ã‚£13,617

    Point 5      Ã‚£14,023

    Point 6      Ã‚£14,428

    Point 7      Ã‚£14,834

    Point 8      Ã‚£15,356
