Salary for an NGO job in Thailand?

I had a dinner with my interviewer. He invited me to his office on monday to talk about salary and benefits.

I told him, I will not except anything below 30,000 baht per month. He agrees because I have an education from foreign country.

that will be a good starting salary, but then it also depends where is the location of your office.  if it is within the bangkok area, that will not be enough (if you still have to pay for board and lodging).

besides, if you could be more specific about the position and your qualifications, then we could advise more as to how much you are worth.
