Salary range?

I need to know the appropriate salary range for a multi center manager of 7 or 8 PRIVATE (as in single owner) childcare centers in Sacramento California. The web sites I've found only have listings for staterun facilities and it is just not applicable. The corporate centers (La Petite, Pheonix) I contacted won't share the information. I directly supervise 7 site directors and about 80 teachers. We serve about 300 350 children.

In California, I would say you should be making AT LEAST $80,000. Each manager should be making between $50,000 and $60,000.

CA is expensive, the salary should reflect the location. If you were working in middle America somewhere...you'd make a lot less. I'm in NJ and its almost as expensive as CA.
