Sales Person?

Question

How can i get sales person who all speaks avearage english and the min qualification shd be at least 12th pass.? I dont wanna consult placement company because they charge alot and other then that they are hiring at very high price. My basic idea is to get few people and let them sell the product and will get a salary PLUS a very good commision.

How can i get these sort of person in bangalore? And how shd i find them? I dont wanna go for newspaper and any sort of big advertisment.?
