Depends on what your current broker says. And what your contract is with them. Other than that...move all you want.

What are you selling? Are you talking about a series 7 or 62?

Again is this a food broker or licensed investment broker. Series 6 or 7 or 63 would cover your license and they have additional. Generally,  it is in the contract that you signed with them, no matter what type of broker if you are receiving compensation of some type and signed an employment agreement.
