Salman Butt’s father criticised Mohammad Amir for holding his son responsible to the spot-fixing fiasco – Cricket News Update

Tuesday, March, 20, 2012: Disgraced cricketer http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Mohammad-Amir-c76675 on Sky Sports in which Amir accused Butt for tricking the young bowler into spot-fixing.
"Aamer's latest interview suggests that he wants to revive his career and that's why he is accusing my son. We have gone through h**l and Aamer is trying to put more trouble on us," said http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Salman-c88163’s father.
The father of the jailed cricketer further said, “Aamer on record said before the ICC tribunal that Butt did not ask him to bowl no-balls and then before the UK court last year he said the same, so was he lying then or now? I definitely think he is lying now."
Butt is serving a sentence of 30 months in England after a British court found him along with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/England-c56013 by taking bribes in order to deliberately bowl no-balls against England during the Lord’s Test in 2010.
While But and Asif are still in jail, Amir after finishing his sentence gave his first interview where he expressed anger towards Butt, who was the captain of Pakistan at the time of the fiasco.

In its full enquiry the ICC found the defendant guilty of all charges and barred them from playing any format of cricket for a minimum of five years.
After this event, PCB introduced new clauses in the contracts of its players, identifying harsher consequences for anyone found involved in the menace of fixing.
