Anyone know of a salmon cakes recipe that does not use eggs in it?

  1. You can use 1 Tbsp soy flour with 1 Tbsp water as an egg substitute.


  2. Just use any of the recipes for salmon cakes and eliminate the eggs. You will have a more crumbly product that doesn't slice as well but that is ok too.

    Eggs are used to hold these things together better. They can be eliminated. If it needs more liquid, like the 1/4 cup per egg, you can add broth or water.
