I think 30,000 is just enough for someone with a year or 2 of experience. Its sad that only IIT grads are allowed to cross the 30,000 monthly ceiling considering 30,000 INR is the weekly salary of someone in canada, america and/or europe (sure cost of living is higher abroad, but computer equipment isn't cheaper in India.)

it depends from which college have you done your graduation, your score and ranking there, which company you are applying to and the no. of years of experience you have....

the usual scenario is from1.2lac an year to 3 lac per annum and if you are a graduate from IIT and alikes then it can range from 3lacs to 7-8lacs per annum

Depends the company. If it is CMM you will get 15k, if you are experienced 30k+. If it is lower level Company fresher =5k per month and exp = 25k per month
