A great white shark would win for sure. Sharks are more adaptable in water. the great white sharks have the advantage because all white sharks attack from below surface. and those sharp cerated teeth would just bite the croc's belly. also, sharks can breathe in water and croc would needs some time breathing in out in out. Great white's usually grow up to 6~7 meters and so do the croc. The croc has stronger biting force (2500 psi croc and 2300 psi shark). But i still think the shark is more intelligent, agile and flexible that might beat the croc/
