Is there a store or how do I find a store that sells salt petre near plano texas

Because of the highly reactive agent that this may be, it is hard to find.  I would suggest that you contact a rocket-supply company in your area.  The NAR does not condone the use of home-made rocket engines, but I know that this is used by them for such.
