Salt water hot tubs?

Question

is there such thing as a salt water hot tub? if so where can get one.. bc i went to a hot tub store and when i asked them if they had saltwater hot tubs they looked at me like i had two heads :P

I know you can have a whole pool (spa tub included) filled with salt water instead of the regular chlorine-filled water.

I don't know if its possible unless the spa is sunk into the ground because it has something to do with changing the water as well as the filtering system.
