Saltwater removal of?

Is there anyway to clean off the salt water damages that is crusted on jewelry, etc. left from Hurricane floods?

I'm sure there is a product at any store that will clean your delicate jewelry.  You can even use that silver polish stuff that they sell at the store.  If you want, a toothbrush and some mild soap can clean if off and not damage anything.
