Saltwater swimming pool?

Question

My boys (ages 3 and 5 months) have eczema and so do I. My parents new swimming pool is saltwater w/ a chlorinator. Will the saltwater have an effect (good or bad) on eczema?

Other effects on skin?

The level of salt in the pool will be less than the salt in your perspiration and tears. So in itself will have minimal effect on the skin. The pool chemistry still needs to be checked / maintained, to ensure that the chlorine level does not get too high, otherwise you can expect a lot less skin issues than swimming in a chlorine pool.
