Salty food and Acne???

okay I love to eat "salty crackers" but don't they cause acne from the salt?

  1. food does NOT cause acne unless you rub it all over your face


  2. too much salt is not good for us ,it causes high blood pressure and  swells the body.It makes you thirsty as well.....bd

  3. no. its the oils and fat in the crackers.

  4. NO! At least not that I know from my experience. I prefer salty food than sweet. And I never seem acne is a problem. You should get different brand of cracker if that one cause you a problem because NO SALT IS NOT A CAUSED OF ACNE.
