And then your second part, the "Je bein. Tu?" really isn't anything because it translates to I good. You? And bein, which I think you're going for good, should be spelled like bien.

It's French (Français) and it roughly means "Hi! How are you?" (More like:  "Hi!  How's it going?")

The other part is: I('m) good/well, you?

I think it should be written:

"Salut!  Comment ça va?"

"Je vais bien, et toi?" or better yet "Ça va bien, et toi?"
