Salvadorian Panes?

Does anybody know how to make the Salvadorian Panes? I know you make it w/ chicken and "bolillo" but how?

  1. Traditionally, Panes con Chumpe/Chumpipe are made with turkey on french rolls (pan frances), but you can substitute chicken and bolillos in a pinch!
