Sam-E pills....?

I seen a comercial advertising these pills for a better mood. I would like input on hands on experience.

400mg SAMe works like an instant-antidepressant, if you notice dramatic improvement when taking SAMe find a local nutrition-orientation/conventional lab to test for High Histamine, this can perpetuate if not outright cause depression. Methionine breaks down the histamine.

I have used SAMe in the past, and it works great, do not take too much, as it can cause hyperactivity/hypomania for bipolar patients.

Brian D is right about spelling out the whole name and that it's good for depression, but it's so much more than that. We have thousands of customers that take Sam-E for both mood support AND for joint health... it's a two-fold nutrient. We have hundreds of reorders for it every week, so it's a very popular product... but it is rather expensive compared with other options. Most customers that tell me about it tend to say it helps quite a bit and a few people have mentioned that they can tell when they've forgotten to take a dose. Good luck!
