Sambuca or Melting Pot? and place to get cocktails in Nashville?

I am planning a date in Nasvhille for a special man and want it to be extremely romantic. I am wanting a restaurant that gets us in the mood for love. I was wondering about Sambuca or the Melting Pot. Are either romantic? Do you have any other restaurant ideas? Also, we wanted to go and get some cocktails afterwards but wasn't sure where. We love jazz music so I thought about Level 88 Jazz Bestro. Is this a good place or are there better ones? Thanks for your help!!!

Darlin', you don't drink cocktails in Nashville. You go to Tootsie's on Broadway.

Sorry, don't live in Nashville... but there is a Melting Pot where I live.  I LOVE it!  It is very romantic!  But, if you eat there, plan on it taking 3ish hours!
