  1. im pritty sure you cant but even if you did it wouldnt werk on line it would just change back

  2. Practically speaking, no. If by separate locations you mean different physical addresses outside the same building. The only way is if both computers are connected to the same router. So if you are at home in your bedroom on a laptop and someone else in your house is in the den, you will both appear to be using the same IP as far as the external internet is concerned. But from behind your router (inside your house) you would have two different *non-routeable* addresses such as "192.168.x.x" or "10.10.x.x" . This also happens a lot in universities where users in different dorms appear to come from the same IP since many people share the same router.

The only other way is to use the same web proxy service from within your browser on both machines. Then to whatever server you connect to, you will appear to be from the proxy's IP, and not from your home IP, regardless of what computer you're on. This would really only be practical for web surfing. Even then, it's usually slow and doesn't work for everything since they often filter out a lot of stuff (especially the free ones).

  3. leaving private addresses out, NO its impossibe to have 2 ip adresses the same! This is a core function of the internet!

  4. NO - not possible.

You public IP address is assigned by your ISP, you don't have any control over it.

Your Private IP address is assigned by your Router to each computer on your LAN. The Private IP is NOT visable on the internet.
