Same old voice on TV ads

Question

Does anyone else get really sick of that same voice doing the telly ads for Garnier make-up, and Sky, and in Tesco's - Is there nobody else in ad-land who can read out loud!

Thats because the voice people have contracts, once their contracts are up, they can re-new it or get somebody else to do it.

I know, its annoying.
