Same problem here. This is rather frustrating. Yahoo needs a better way of communicating with their customers when their service is down, which it appears to be. The password recovery process points the blame at everyone else but them (virus, your ISP, etc.) Come on Yahoo, get it together !

Yeah me too, I have the same problem just started today. I can log into my email fine so it's probably just something with jukebox services.

-Songs previews won't work for me either... could be related

Same here, cannot log in! With people paying for this, how can they allow this to go on and not at least say something?
