Same version of Adobe InDesign, different on 2 different machines?

Hi there,

I have Adobe InDesign CS installed on 2 different computers.

On one computer, when i click on WINDOW in the top menu, one of the options in the drop-down list says "PageMaker". When I click on it, I get a toolbar with the option to insert bullet points & numbering.

On the other computer, when I click on WINDOW in the top menu, the Pagemaker selection is NOT THERE.

Does anyone know WHY this would happen?

PLEASE NOTE: neither computer has Adobe PageMaker installed.

There is a PageMaker PlugIn pack for InDesign that was intended to provide for familiar Pagemaker menu options to ease transition PM to ID for users.  Speculate that one of your ID has the plug in installed, while the other doesn't
