I imagine your question has something to do with a card or an email you have received saying they have a package for you and to either contact them on a premium rate number or mail back where there will be import taxes on your "package" for you to pay.

Google them.  If there's no record of them, they're probably fake.  Most legitimate companies now allow you track package movements online so they should have a website at least.
