The Madrid midfielder is going to be playing against the Premier League champions, Manchester City, and believes that it is going to be a difficult fixture for the Spanish La Liga champions.
Real Madrid have been drawn in the group of death of the UEFA Champions League.

The very first fixture for the Spanish La Liga champions is going to be against the winners of the Premier League, Manchester City, and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Sami-Khedira-c32325 believes that it is going to be tough for his side.
Khedira was disappointed by Madrid’s performance in the Spanish La Liga but believes that they should now focus on the Champions League, which is the task at hand.
While speaking about the European competition, Khedira said:
“Now we must focus on the Champions League. The tournament is very difficult and we have great enthusiasm for it.”
“Defending the League title is also a challenge for everyone, so we will not just focus on one competition.”
“Our self-esteem is not very high, but you have to get it back and you have to get in tune. This will be a great occasion.”
It is going to be a tough fixture for the Spanish La Liga champions, as Manchester City are currently in good form while Los Blancos are struggling in the league.
Their last fixture was against Sevilla and they could not even savour a single point from it as they lost the match 1-0 while being away from home.
Now, as Madrid turn their focus on the Champions League, Khedira spoke about how he will have the responsibility to face Yaya Toure in the midfield.
The German midfielder praised the Manchester City star and believes he is a great player.
While speaking about marking Yaya Toure, Khedira said:
“Tomorrow I have a big challenge in facing [Yaya] Toure, even if we also cannot forget the rest of their players. City have a great team. Hopefully, we will get things right.”
