Samir Nasri and Cesc Fabregas included in Arsenal squad to face Udinese
Arsenal have gone on to list down both http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Samir-Nasri-c32360 and Cesc Fabregas to their squad, that is set to face Udinese. The game against the Italian side is a Champions League qualifier and should the duo participate in the game, that would rule them out of Champions
League action, should they decide to join any other team.
Fabregas is still being heavily pursued by Barcelona and despite the Catalans making rather humorous offers for the player so far, they are bound to step their game up in the near future.
At the same time, Fabregas has been ruled out of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429’s season opener against Newcastle, which is making this situation look a whole lot more confusing.
Should Fabregas participate in the game against Udinese, he could only be used in Spanish competitions, if he does end up moving to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604. This limitation that is going to be placed on the player’s head, is bound to make Barcelona rethink their stance
on the situation and maybe even force them to pull out from going ahead with the move.
The same rule applies to Samir Nasri. The midfielder has recently been edging closer to making a move to Manchester City. However, despite being included in the Gunners squad for the first leg, the attacker is going to have to sit it out, due to a suspension
that he picked up last season. As a result, the chances of him moving out of the club, seem to be a whole lot stronger at the moment, as compared to Fabregas.
Arsenal are set to take on Udinese at the Emirates on the sixteenth of August. The second leg of the match will be played in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926 on the twenty fourth of the month, just seven days short of the transfer window closing.
The Fabregas and Nasri sagas seem to be getting on everyone’s nerves by now. The two players have dropped hints to wanting to leave the team, but are yet to make anything official At the same time, the teams that are interested in the players, seem to state
they love them, but are still rather shy when it comes to paying top dollar for them.
This not only makes us question the love that the teams have for the players, but it also makes us question if the players have any self respect at all. Should they make the move, they will never be looked at the same way, but considering they might be fine
with that, it seems all the more likely for the moves to take place before the Champions League match.
