The Manchester City midfielder has revealed that he will be grilled by his team mates for losing to England whilst playing for France if the Les Blues fail to gain a victory over the Three Lions in the opening match of the
European Championships in Poland and Ukraine...
Nasri has come out and made it clear that France must win against England in the opening match of their group stage campaign in the EURO 2012 tournament in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Ukraine-c3032 so that he can maintain his bragging rights in the dressing
room at Manchester City. France will look to go out and attack a depleted England side which has failed to perform up to fans’ expectations in the previous international tournaments and now this time the Three Lions are facing a minor injury crisis as well.
France and http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/England-c749 met each other in the European Championships in 2004 as well when two late Zinedine Zidane goals were required by the French to gain all three points. This time around Zidane is missing for the French national
team but on the other hand Rooney is also missing for the English national team due to a three match suspension which tarts with the match against France.
Nasri who played an important role in Manchester City’s title win in the previous English Premier League season is worried that if France fail to win against England, he will have to face some harsh taunts by his team mates at
Manchester City when the season resumes in August.
He stated, "There is no choice for me: it must be a victory for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/France-c2899. Otherwise, when I go back to City, I will be teased from all sides! There will my team-mates [Joe] Hart, [Joleon] Lescott and [James] Milner; therefore we
must win!"
He added, "In England, they like 'the Frenchies' when they are wearing the colours of their clubs," the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Arsenal-c38429 ace mused. "But in the national team, there is no more sentiment.  But with the English, respect is earned on
the pitch. I saw that clearly after our victory at Wembley [in November 2010]."
