Ghana in their ICC World Cricket League Division Eight Group A match, left Samoa in tears as they won by a margin of 50 runs after hammering a total of 206 on Saturday, September 15, at Faleata Oval No 3, Apia.
Ghana were invited to bat first after Samoa won the toss and decided to give their bowlers a go at the opposition.
The batting side had a decent start to their innings with the opening duo of JK Vifah and KF Bakiweyem staging a stand of 20 runs.

This was the moment in the match when Samoa made a comeback by grabbing a few more wickets. Nonetheless, Ghana skipper PK Ananya’s unbeaten innings of 43 ruined the game for Samoa as the batting side managed to post a competitive total.
