Sampdoria vs. AC Milan – Coppa Italia review (Part 1)
Alexandre Pato helped the Rossoneries reach the semi-finals of the Coppa Italia. There were two goals scored by the Brazilian in the first half and it was enough to help the table-toppers qualify for the tournament. AC Milan managed to win the game 1-2 while
being away from home to Luigi Ferraris. However, Milan were steady
at the back and did not let their opponents cross their defensive walls and went through to the semi finals of the Coppa Italia.

The Dutch full back gave a perfect through ball to the Brazilian winger Robinho who found himself alone in front of goal. Even though Robinho managed to find

AC Milan again found themselves in a position to score a goal. The visitors were on their toes and ready to win it to qualify for the next round. While Sampdoria were trying to break the defensive walls of Milan, the visitors found themselves on a break

The Brazilian found space on the flank and sprinted with the ball and tried to find Alexander Merkel in the midfield. However, the Sampdoria

During the 17th minute of the first half, AC Milan finally made a breakthrough after trying so hard on Sampdoria’s goal. It was the Brazilian youngster Alexandre Pato who found the back of the net. The corner that was taken by Robinho was headed
by the young centre back http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Thiago-Silva-c34903. Even though the Brazilian was trying to find the back of the net with his header, it fell in the way of Alexandre Pato who made no mistake in firing it to the back of the net from close range. It was a memorable night
for the youngster as this goal took his tally to 50 under an AC Milan jersey.
Milan did not want to waste any time and tried to secure their lead. With only four minutes gone in the referee, P. Mazzoleni’s watch, Alexandre Pato doubled the lead for Milan. The young Brazilian showed Sampdoria what he was capable of as they left him

find the back of the net as the ball brushed past the left hand post.
Even though AC Milan were the side who were winning it, they did not decide to defend while being away from home. The table-toppers of the Italian Serie A wanted to confirm their victory in Sampdoria’s home ground and looked hungry for more goals. They tried
to make good runs forward to find the back of the net but failed many a times.
