  1. What reason did you leave?  I can write one for you if you can post a reason otherwise I will have to make one up and it will not sound honest/genuine.

  2. It can be something like this....

    To,

         The supervisor.

         ........................

    Dear Sir/Madam,

Due to unavoidable circumstances, i had to leave during work and could not some how come to  get your permission.

I apologise for the same and thank you and other staff members for giving me all the help and guidance when i needed it and for providing me a wonderful work environment.

    Thanking you in anticipation

    sincerely yours,                          date.............

    Bianka....

  3. Dude!

You want US to explain why you left work without permission?

We don't know why, you haven't said!  We could lie for you but you can do that yourself.

Tell the truth. If you get dismissed, you most likely deserve it.

  4. tell him/her that you had to go cause one of ur relatives got taken really ill or in car crash ect.

  5. Say that you're disappointed in yourself for failing your boss' expectations of your performance.

  6. Firstly,  admit the fault you have done.

Secondly, Write to him honestly the reason for leaving the work. You might be in rush, but this not a convenient execuse.

Thirdly, asure to him that you will not repeat this fault again.
