Samsung Air Conditioner?

okay so i just bought a SAMSUNG AC which cranks out 8000 btu's and my room is 344 square so im good :)

but the problem is the specs on the ac is

Height 14.0 inches

Width 19.7 inches

Depth 18.1 inches

now my window is 31 wide and 19 inches high now the height isnt the prob or the depth because i can remove my screen thing for the depth and lower the window screen to close ontop of the ac but the width what can i do to make sure it fits nice and snug since my windows with is bigger then the ac..

Room AC units come with extendable side panels, they're in the box, attach them

There should also be a rail you s***w to the top, this rests against the top window panel, to stop the unit form falling out and killing someone
