Question:

Samsung BlackJack and AT&T Warranty

My son dropped my BlackJack and the battery flew out. Now it will not come on and will not charge. It could be broken or just needing a new battery. Someone was telling me about AT&T's warranty. If it IS broken, can I still use the warranty if someone bought it as an unlocked phone and then gave it to me because they didn't want it? This seems a little unlikely...

  1. They will send you a new phone minus the battery. If you call and report and say it will not come on. To get a new one with the battery included you have to say you lost the phone out right, then they will send you a whole new set up/

I had the blackjack II and I dropped it and my battery didnt work so I had to call and report it was lost out right. It cost me 50 dollars, but its a lot better than having to buy a whole new phone, or a battery for a phone that wont work.
