Samsung Blackjack 2 problems?

Question

All of my ringtones are saying that the files are corrupt or cannot be opened. And now the windows media player is not working either. The media player wont even open or play any videos or music. Any suggestions or fixes?

Same thing happened to me as of yesterday...from researching other forums they are suggesting a hard reboot to the original settings.  I am going to holdoff and hopeully somebody else can find a fix to this.
