Samsung HT-TQ85 Problem

Question

HiI am having a problem with my samsung HT_TQ85It does not load the DVD's and when i open it up it just spins around and around and never stos.I tried to look inside it but nothing seems to be broken, burnt out of place or anythiong wrong at all..Can it be a software problem.Also
if i have the lid of and presses one of the disk choice (1 to 5) it
goes around slower and if i press it again it changes direction??Any help will be greatly apprechiated..
