  1. http://www.pcsphonetones.com

This site supports creating free sprint ringtones for tons of phones, including the instinct, and palm phones.

Record 30 second clips, upload to the site, login in your phone, download, you're done.  No text message for each ringtone (so if you pay for text messages, you don't pay 15 cents or whatever for each file you upload).

    Hope this helps!

  2. moble17.com It is free and you can use any song from your computer.

  3. i have an instinct, and truely i dont think you can, but it is a great phone

  4. I have a Samsung Alias, so I'm going to assume it works the same way...

First, you need an SD card. Or whatever it is that fits in your phone; mine uses a Micro-SD. Then, you need a converter that lets you hook it up to your computer. Transfer songs onto it like a flash drive. When you put it back in your phone, you'll see the songs. (if you don't, you need to format the card while it's in your phone; there should be an option for this)

To use the new song as a ringtone, text message it to yourself. There should be an option to send a song as a text. When you receive it, choose "save as ringtone."

Sorry if that's a little complicated, but that's the only way.
