Samsung LCD monitor SyncMaster 1731 BF or 731BF screen brightness is darker on top and brighter at bottom. My graphic card is ATI Radeon HD 2600 XT and my CPU is AMD Athlon 64 X2 on an ASUS M2N-PLUS SLI with 2GB ram
